What is your return policy?
All items, with the exception of customized merchandise and
special orders, can be returned. We will accept items for return
within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be new or
otherwise unused. All returned items MUST include all original
packaging and invoices. Please contact Jewnique Creations for a
return authorization number (RA #) and write that number on the
mailing label prior to returning any items. Any items without a
return authorization number will NOT be accepted for return. The
customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned
item(s). Items can become lost in the mail, so insurance is
suggested. Your Paypal account will be credited upon receipt of
items.
What type of payments do you accept?
Presently, we are accepting online payments via Paypal only. To
sign up for a Paypal account, go to www.paypal.com. We will be
accepting Visa and Mastercard in the near future, so check back
soon. U.S. money orders can also be used as payment for phone
orders. Items paid for by money order will experience a delay in
processing, as we have to wait for the payment to arrive by mail
and the money order to clear before the item is shipped. We do
not accept personal checks.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard/48 states.......Standard Shipping & Processing Charges
Alaska, Hawaii...............Add $10
Canada...........................Add $10
All other countries.....Email Us for Shipping & Processing

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed the day they are received. Most items will
generally ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. If there is any
delay in shipping due to an item being on back order, we will
contact you immediately.
Here's what you can expect with regard to delivery times:
Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary
with package origin or destination, especially during peak periods.
We may be able to do Rush processing for certain items
(process and ship, same day). Please inquire for rush order
shipping rates.
Will you share any of my information with other parties?
Your privacy is important to us! The information you provide to
Jewnique Creations will NEVER be distributed for any reason to
any outside individuals or companies. We use this information
solely for the purpose of processing your orders. If you have any
